The Southeast Central Railway (SECR), RRC Nagpur Division has issued a notification for the recruitment of bumper positions for apprentices, for which candidates can check on the official site. Candidates applying for recruitment must apply by visiting the official site apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Interested and eligible candidates can apply until May 4, 2025. After the deadline for applying for this recruitment has passed, candidates will not get a chance to apply.

This is the vacancy detail.

Under this recruitment, a total of 1007 apprentice positions have been announced by SECR.

Out of these, 919 positions are in the Nagpur division and 88 positions are reserved for the Motibagh workshop.

Necessary qualification: Only those candidates who have passed 10th grade (with 50% marks) from a recognized board can apply for this recruitment. Apart from this, an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate in the relevant trade is also essential.

Age Limit: According to the notification, the minimum age is 15 years, and the maximum age is 24 years (as of April 5, 2025). Candidates from reserved categories will be granted age relaxation according to government rules. SC/ST candidates will receive a relaxation of 5 years, OBC candidates will receive 3 years, and PWD candidates will be given a relaxation of 10 years.

Application Fee: Candidates applying for the recruitment will have to pay an application fee. General/OBC/EWS candidates have to pay a fee of 100 rupees. In contrast, SC/ST/PWD candidates do not have to pay any fee.

Stipend:

For 2-year ITI course: 8050 rupees per month

For 1-year ITI course: 7700 rupees per month

How to apply: Candidates first visit the official site secr.indianrailways.gov.in.

After that, register new and log in.

Then fill in the information in the application form and upload the necessary documents.

Now submit the application fee and submit the form.

After this, take a printout of the form and keep it safe.
